Pastor W.F. Kumuyi, founder and general superintendent of Deeper Life Christian Church, has in a video uploaded on his church’s official Facebook account a few minutes ago, revealed why some people are sorrowful and miserable instead of them being happy.
Pastor Kumuyi said, ” Brothers and sisters, do you know people who are sorrowful and miserable? You know why? They don’t understand. They don’t know the place of God, the power of God, the program of God, and the purpose of God for their life. That is why they are sorrowful. They are looking at the wrong thing, some say they sold me, they lied against me, they ill-treated me, they oppress me and they don’t know why”
Pastor Kumuyi then said that because they lack understanding, that is why they are dejected and sorrowful. He said some people are angry at their parents, siblings, classmates, and they are angry against the world and they say, ” I don’t even want to live in the world anymore.”
Pastor Kumuyi said they think like that because they don’t understand.
He said when they understand that God is there and that God is taking them to where he has ordained them, there will be no depression in their lives and they will be happy.
