According to the cleric, one of the challenges that anyone could face in the place of work is in the area of distractions, which are mostly caused by colleagues. In his words, the cleric has stressed that the biggest time wasters in the world of work are other people who want to talk with you, distract you, delay you and take up the time you should be spending on your task. Do not give in to them. The faster you are to complete your task per day, the more value and esteem you are amassing for your position and appraisal at work. But in a situation where you are not utilizing your time very well on the right job, your career outcomes would not amount to how it is supposed to be.

When you waste time at work, your work would be delayed and you are slowed done from competing for your assignments. You would be slowed down from accomplishing your task, and that is detrimental to your status. Hard work on the wrong job reduces your career outcome. The key to doubling your productivity is to work all the time you are at work. Do not waste time, do not delay on the job. Do not chat away with coworkers or sit around drinking coffee in the office. Do away with any socialization while at work.
