What this Catholic Pastor Did to the EndSARS Protesters at Lekki Toll Gate (Video)
For the past few weeks now, protests is discovered to have been going in Nigeria whereby the youths are demanding for the disbandment of the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad Operatives and also for the ending of the Nigerian Police brutality.
This protests have gains many attention even to the people outside Nigerian, whereby the popular TV show(CNN) even said some things about the protest. Following up the allegations laid against these operatives, they are said to be responsible for most of the atrocities and crimes that are being committed in the society.
When the protests is discovered to have been gaining many attention, the Inspector General of the Nigerian Police held up a press conference last Sunday whereby he announced the disbandment of the SARS operatives. Eventhough the news of these operatives have been announced, the Nigerian youths seems not be rest assured as they continues the protests.
From one of the protests that have been holding, the one at Lekki Toll Gate in Lagos State seems to be non-stop as the youths refuse to evacuate the place. As at today, it is discovered that the Sunday service was done there whereby some Catholic Pastors are present inorder to minister to them.
From the video that surfaced online, one of these Catholic Pastors is seen praying for the protesters that are present at the venue. See below for some of the pictures taken during the service.
