1O Nigerian Pastors who Were Arrested For Murder!!
I don’t know a better adjective to use in describing these horrible events. SHOCKING might just be an understatement. Pastors, who are meant to protect their flock, have been found guilty on many occasions of killing those they are meant to protect. Sad! Really sad!!
1. Rev. King: Chukwuemeka Ezeugo, popularly known as Rev. King, was found guilty of killing his church member Ann Uzor in 2006. He is in prison.
2. Pastor Oluwatobiloba Ipense: He allegedly killed his secret lover Rialat Sanni and buried her in his unfinished church.
3. Pastor Udoka Ukachukwu: Udoka, who worked with NNPC in Benin conspired with his mistress Eniobong Isonbuyo to kill her husband. They were both sentenced to death.
4. Pastor Chukwuemeka Eze: Pastor Chukwuemeka was arrested by the Enugu State police command for killing his girlfriend Miss Ogechukwu Ogbodo.
5. Pastor Dotun Ogunlade: Based in Ogun state, Pastor Dotun, also known as ‘Arole Jesu,’ allegedly killed a woman Bosede Oguntade, who approached him for a solution to her economic and marital issues.
6. Evangelist Prosper Peters Okwandu: He was accused of killing another pastor known as Apostle Blessed Kelechukwu Iwuanyanwu, the founder of ‘Wind of Glory International’ and two other people in Abia state and taking their belongings.
7. Pastor Jonathan Ojigbo: Minister at God Solution Ministry, Ozoro, Ojigbo was arrested for killing his church member Evi Samson after he prepared a deadly concoction for him to drink.
8. Pastor Otaru Olusegun: Pastor of Voice of Canaan Church, Cherubim and Seraphim in Kogi state, Pastor Olusegun was accused of killing a commercial sex worker named Mercy Moses for ritual.
9. Pastor Adedoyin Oyekan: He was found guilty of killing a 7-year old boy and burying his body in the church altar.
10. Pastor Elijah: Pastor Elijah was arrested for allegedly killing a 60-year old woman Mrs Ajisomo Lawson for ritual purposes.
Well… Well… Well… Really shocking, isn’t it?
