It Is Not Bad For A Man To Wear Skirt, It’s Men Clothe – Pastor Abel Damina Reveals

One of the Nigerian controversial pastor, Pastor Abel Damina, the General Overseer and Senior Pastor of Abel Damina Ministries and Power City internationals revealed in the live broadcast program he did on his official Facebook page about an hour ago where he continues with his teaching series, ” Why things happen the way they happen on the earth, part 19″ that Skirts is a man’s clothes.

Pastor Damina made this statement when he was interpreting Deuteronomy 22:5, where the Bible says a woman should not wear what belong to a man, and man should not put on a woman’s garment, because whoever do so has committed abomination to God. He said this verse is grossly misinterpreted by so many men of God today. Adding that this verse is not talking about dressing at all. He said that is not what is in the mind of the writer. He said it is just a warning to them not to practise bi-sexual, cross-dresser and all.

Pastor Damina observes that it was a religion that painted the picture that skirts belong to women while trousers belong to men. He said it is actually not so, that is just an assumption . He points out that some churches won’t allow a lady in a trouser to enter the church because to them, she wears what belongs to a man.

He proceeded to say that he would show his congregation in the Bible that Skirts belong to men.

Pastor Damina reads Deuteronomy 22:30, where the Bible says,’ A man shall not take his father’s wife, not discover his father’s skirt’. He emphasizes the father’s skirt, not the mother’s skirt.

Also he read Ruth 3:9, where Ruth was asking the King to spread therefore his skirt over her. He said here, it is not a mini skirt, a big skirt, because Ruth said he should spread it.

Beyond that, he also read ¹Samuel 15:27, where the Bible recorded that as Samuel was about to turn away, he laid hold upon the skirt of his mantle and was cut. He said the whole prophet Samuel, wear Skirts.

He concluded by reading in New Testament, where he claimed that here they don’t only wear skirts, but gowns. He read Matthew 3: 4, where the Bible says that John wore a raiment of camel’s hair, and a leathern girdle about his shoulders.
