The life of Pastor John Gray is in grave danger due to a blood clot, and he is currently hospitalized.
Aventer Gray has asked for prayers for her husband, megachurch pastor John Gray, who was brought to the hospital with numerous blood clots and a potentially fatal pulmonary embolism.
“My family and I are in desperate need of a miracle. Please keep my husband, John Gray, in your thoughts and prayers “On Sunday, Aventer posted on Instagram.
“He went to the ER on Thursday evening after feeling a little different over the last several weeks and was immediately sent to CCU (critical care unit) with a saddle Pulmonary Embolism in the pulmonary artery and more lung blood clots,” she continued.
After John is admitted to the hospital, Aventer Gray requests prayers.
According to Aventer, the embolism is in such a perilous location that John cannot move for fear of shifting the clot.
A pulmonary embolism happens when an obstruction, usually a blood clot, travels from a deep vein to the lungs and stops a pulmonary artery, reducing blood flow to important organs, according to the Mayo Clinic. A saddle pulmonary embolism, according to the National Library of Medicine, “represents a big clot and a risk for abrupt hemodynamic collapse.” The failure of the circulatory system in the body is referred to as hemodynamic collapse.

“I need as many individuals who believe in Jesus Christ’s miraculous healing power to join me, my family, and our church as we cry out on behalf of John W. Gray III,” Aventer wrote. “Relentlessly, I’m rocking with God!”
John, 49, is the main pastor of Relentless Church, according to The Christian Post. The church has two locations: one in Greenville, South Carolina, and one in Powder Springs, Georgia.
On Sunday, Aventer and John addressed John’s health in a video message to their church.
“My husband is currently struggling for his life. And I have no idea how I’m able to sit here in front of a camera and speak to you unless it’s because of the God I serve “In the video, Aventer stated.
“I know that God is saying right now that this blood clot that has come to my husband may be here to add to his testimony, but it does not have the authority to take him away. He’s the son of God. Only God has the authority to speak something and act on it “She continued.
Aventer then emphasized the clot’s severity by disclosing that if the clot migrated too far in either way, it could kill John.
“I felt useless and confused at first, but then I remembered that you can add to the testimony, but you can’t take his life. That is my husband, but it is also God’s son. That’s the father of my children, but that’s God’s son… He is your pastor, but he is God’s “She was adamant.
She then pointed to God, saying that only he could be holding the clot in place, which is obstructing half of John’s pulmonary artery.

John then requested the congregation to be generous in their giving to the church at this period, before concluding, “I trust in God for perfect healing. Pastoring this church has been the greatest honor of my life. As you all sow today, I say this. I want you to sow with a level of faith and expectancy you’ve never had before, because this was an illicit transaction from Hell. And that will not be tolerated. And because the enemy attempted to take my life, he owes me sevenfold. What’s mine is the house’s. So I swear from this bed that not only will I survive and not die, but you will as well.”
