Bishop Wisdom Irabor, the Presiding Bishop of Answers Assembly in a recent post on his official Facebook page sends an important message to Christians who are not patient but instead put pressure on their pastors.
He asked, “Do you know how many Pastors and Members that are serving Faithfully in Redeem, Winners, Deeper life, MFM, Salvation Ministries, and other Big ministries you know?
That is still believing God for the fruit of the womb?” he asked and said that they still love their church and love their Pastors. They are not putting their Pastors under pressure.
“But in smaller and younger ministries, you will hear I don’t think God is in this place. I have been coming and serving for years now, nothing has happened. The next minute you have changed church.
Please let’s free ourselves of the pressure to perform. Sometimes we should just come to church and receive the word and allow the word to produce with time.”
However, this is the reason why some pastors go ahead to arrange miracles and testimonies. You are a member you don’t have in the ability of God to run to miracles to your pastor and that is why you are not getting your own miracles. There is nobody god cannot use to deliver you from any problem, it is left to you to exercise faith and patience during prayers.
