The General Overseer’s Junior of Living Faith Chapel a.k.a Winners Bishop David Oyedepo Junior on a live-streamed Covenant Hour of Prayer shared a message to the public.
According to him while speaking he said” There are two things that occur when we pray;
1. We receive answers to prayers
1 Peter 3:12 says – “For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their prayer, but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.”
1 John 5:15 Also says- “And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.”
2. We receive rewards for prayers.
Matthew 6:6 says “But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your unseen Father. Then your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you openly.
God, our loving Heavenly Father, wants us to communicate with Him through prayer.
He always listens to us when we pray. Therefore, daily prayer can bless us, our family, and those we pray for. It can also invite more peace into our lives, help us learn more about God’s plan for us, and more.
