Pastor (Dr.) Paul Enenche has revealed what he thought is the link between sickness and sin that every Christian should be aware of in their daily lives. He said people should be mindful of their actions so that they wouldn’t attract the wrath of God upon themselves and to their families.
The founder and senior pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Center made the revelation through his church daily devotional material; ‘Seeds Of Destiny Daily Devotional.’
Pastor Enenche said God has made provisions for the healing of His children but people should do the needful so that they will enjoy Divine provisions for their healing. Explaining the link between sickness and sin, the General Overseer of the Dunamis International Gospel Center cited James 5:15-16 and said anyone who desire healing from God must first of all confess his or her sins and then, expect Divine healing.
He said some people have neglected the need to confess their faults before God but expect Him to heal them from their sicknesses and whatever they are passing through in their lives. Pastor Enenche said sin is one of the major reason some people have not received their miracle and healing from sicknesses because God will not operate where there is sin.
Explaining the link between healing and sin, Pastor Paul Enenche stated that God has made provisions for the restoration of anyone who fall into ill-health, but first, there must be confession and forgiveness of sins before healing will come.
He said God carries out His activities in orderly manner and will not jump protocol to heal someone rather, He would first forgive sins before there would be healing. He advised his followers to know the importance of confession of sins. He, however said that the link between sickness and sin is confession of sins.
