A few hours ago, a popular Nigerian pastor and founder of the Omega Power Ministries, Pastor Chibuzor Gift Chiyenre, took to his social media page and revealed that he got a call from someone who asked him to stop sending people to go and study abroad. He recently sponsored two young men who were working as a security officer at a chicken republic restaurant after they were sacked for dancing on duty.
Pastor Gift Chibuzor Gift said that a man called him with an international number and told him to stop sending people to go and study overseas because the universities are exclusively for the rich but he (Pastor Chibuzor) is trying to make it for the poor people. Pastor Chibuzor, however, said that he told the man he will send more hundred children to go and study overseas, then the man got angry and cut the call on him.
According to Pastor Chibuzor Gift, he said: “I just got a call from an international number that I should stop sending people to go and study overseas. I asked him why? The man said overseas universities are exclusive for the rich and now I am making it easy for the poor. Then I told him I will be sending hundred more children. He got angry and off the phone on my ears.
Based on what Pastor Chibuzor Gift said, the man that told him to stop sending people to go and study abroad is not happy because he believes the universities abroad are not meant for the poor.
