“If you study your Bible very well, you will discover that “Fear not” or “don’t be afraid” is repeated 365 times in the Bible, This Is Why” – Pastor Adeboye Reveals

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor E.A. Adeboye spoke on “Going Higher Part 56” at RCCG’s Special Sunday Service.

According to Church Gist, he said that God is asking him to tell you, ‘Fear not, don’t be afraid.’ He said that if you study your Bible very well you will discover that “Fear not” or “don’t be afraid” is repeated 365 times in the Bible. What does that tell you? There is one fear not for every day of the year. So from January 1st to December 31st, we have no need to fear. There is a “fear not” for every day of the year. Lamentations 3:22-23.

According to him, God’s mercy is renewed every morning. God keeps saying that the mercy that kept you alive till today is still there. He said that He is a faithful God and great is his faithfulness. Isaiah 41:10-14. The cleric then said that three times in very few verses God said fear not and if God asks you to fear not, then why should you fear? “Relax my brother, relax my sister God says fear not,” he said.

Why should you fear not? Because your Dad, the almighty God is the owner of the earth. Psalm 24:1. When He rises, His enemies scatter and God is going to arise for someone today. If you’re the one God sent me to, fear not, God is in control. Everything that is going on in this world is under his feet. He said that irrespective of the number of your enemies, they are also His enemies. That should make you happy because when he knock down Paul of Tarsus on the road to Damascus, he told him that he is persecuting Him.

Finally, he said that they used to joke about it when they were younger Christians that “the enemies are walking, my father is running”. Somebody will arrive before the other.
