Pastor Adeboye tells RCCG Pastors not to hold service, if their Worshippers is above 50

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye has ordered slight alteration in the mode of service of RCCG parishes due to coronavirus.

In order to comply with the directives of the Lagos and Ogun State government that asked religious organizations and gatherings of above 50 persons not to hold, Adeboye has ordered parishes above 50 worshippers not to hold service.

The respected clergymen, who is always law abiding however said there are options for such parishes to still have service.

Daddy G. O offered solutions to Parishes above 50 members to break their services into more than one services so that in each service, the number of worshippers will not be more than 50.

He stated further that any parish with attendance above 50 can also make use of their house fellowship centers to have mini services against gathering in the church to have their service.

This directive is only applicable to Lagos and Ogun State.

Recall that COVID-19 has been declared as pandemic by the World Health Organization, (WHO).

Pastor Adeboye’s message was conveyed by Pastor Odesola to all members of RCCG. He said that members should not fear as the General Overseer of the church is praying for them.
