Self-described prophet shepherd Bushiri was born on February 23, 1983, in the Malawian capital of Lilongwe, to a family of four. In his early years, the controversial prophet was a shy child who used to follow his mother wherever she went. Bushiri began preaching the word of God when he was very young. He used to walk around with a bible and teach people in the neighborhood where he now lives.
In Malawi, Bushiri was a well-known pastor before he relocated to the country’s capital in 2013. A large number of people used to congregate at his church in order to be prophesied to. In 2013, Bushiri relocated to South Africa in order to expand his ministry. When he first arrived in South Africa, he was embraced and followed by a large number of people. He was the first pastor to sell out FNB Stadium on two separate occasions.
Bushiri made millions of Rands in South Africa by charging consultation fees, selling anointing oils and water, and selling belts and other accessories. Bushiri was the owner of a luxurious mansion and a collection of high-end automobiles. Bushiri didn’t have the radiance he has now before he came to South Africa. It is correct when they say, “No glow,” because you are simply broke.
