Bishop Oyedepo says you won’t host a gathering to mourn in your home in the next year.

This year might be categorized as being both excellent and awful for different people. The reason is that there have been ups and downs, including times of joy and sorrow, but every devoted Christian believes that the year 2023 will be superior to this year in all respects.

In light of this, Bishop David Oyedepo, the founder and general overseer of the Living Faith Church (also known as Winners Chapel Worldwide), declared in a post on the church’s social media website that funerals won’t be held in homes next year. In the name of Jesus, he declared, there would be no gathering to lament in your home for the duration of the upcoming year.
