Dr. Pastor Paul Enenche, the founder and senior pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre spoke on “The Character Of Love” at the Dunamis International Gospel Centre, 1st Service. As he spoke about what Love is all about, he revealed that love is the heartfelt display of interest in the welfare of others.
He said the theory of love is not just theoretical but should be practised. He then revealed one question his wife will never get tired of hearing from him which is, “Are you alright?” He then faced her in the church and asked, “How many times did I ask you such a question yesterday? Are you okay? Is everything okay? How many times did I ask you such a question? You can’t count, in the course of the flight; are you okay, is everything okay? Is there something I need to help you with?”
He then said, “It’s not pretence because if you’re drunk enough, you will manifest it, consciously. It is pretence if you’re doing it in front of people. If someone is smiling all the time and there are some non-smiling seasons, you want to find out if there is anything and if you’re not the cause of whatever that’s wrong.
