Why I Don’t Give Prophecies Again – Apostle Johnson Suleman Reveals.
Apostle Johnson Suleman, the founder and the Senior Pastor of Auchi based Omega Fire Ministries International, in a video shared on his official Facebook page, revealed why he does not give prophecies again.
According to the Apostle, he has revealed in his words, from 02:14:50 to 02:16:03 of the video thus;
“Someone asked me a question sometimes ago that, apostle, why don’t you give prophecies? I told the person why I don’t give Prophecies because Prophecies are not stagnant, they change! One thing that people do these days is that when you give prophecies, some people will go and intercede to avert it—thereby you become a false prophet”.
As revealed by Apostle Johnson Suleman
“It is not that you did not see well you did but, it was the people that averted it. What I do these days is that, when the Lord speaks to me, when it is about a month or two for it to materialize, I would say it. We should consider Jonah in the scriptures, he said that the reason why he ran away from fulfilling the assignment God gave him concerning the prophecy he was supposed to deliver to the people of Nineveh was because he knew God would later change His mind. As soon as God compelled Jonah while he was in the fish’s belly, and he got out and delivered the prophecy to the people, God changed His mind and didn’t destroy them. Jonah then angrily spoke, I know you will change your mind. This is to affirm the fact that, prophecy can be averted”.
According to the cleric, ” God can change His mind when it comes to prophecy. That is why, at the end of the year, people would start to mark the Prophecies you have said would happen in the year; on those that came to Pass and those that didn’t happen. Hence, what I do is that, once God shows me prophecies, I would say them to the people around me, within three to four months before they happen, and we would begin to tick them, as they come to pass”.
