The President and Founder of the Encounter Jesus Ministries International, Apostle Micheal Orokpo has revealed what one can do before he can be brought to authority.
We understood from the Apostle’s message that many people are not yet in authority because they can’t be trusted. They are very volatile in keeping secrets.
According to Apostle Micheal Orokpo: “If you want to work in leadership, you must pay the price to be trustworthy and to know how to get the job done. The Bible said in 1Chronicles 12:38; the mighty men of David that they were men who could keep ranks, and they were men of war.
“You can’t be brought to authority when every little thing that comes to your ears can’t be kept as a secret. Authority is a realm of secrecy. It takes trusted men to be able to work in corridor power. A man who is volatile and porous can’t be brought to leadership.
“If God can’t trust you, God will not empower you. If a man can’t also trust you, he will not empower you. If we want to grow in leadership, we must become loyal people”.
