Your tithe should not be used for charity or hospitality; rather, it should be given to your pastor and church.

Bishop Okwudili Eze, Bishop Okwudili Eze, the founder and general overseer of Zion Heritage and Miracle Ministries headquartered in Abuja, in a recent post on Facebook talked about giving tithes and the right manner to give them.

According to him, never use your tithe to do charity or hospitality. There is a place in Covenant for that kind of giving. So your tithe should go to the pastor and church that teach you the word of God and disciples you to be Christlike in character. He then said that you have to do things decently and in order. However, Modesty, according to the Bible, is less of self and more of Christ. Humility, purity, and generosity, but not to be noticed or practised as a religious requirement.

Finally, it is important that we are so consistent and confident with giving back to God after all he gave us. He is a faithful God and we need to appreciate all what He has done for us and what He will still do.
