It is just a year and few days that the deadly pandemic hit the world, it started from China and spread faster to the rest of the world, just when the real cause what not known, see what a Nigerian Pastor said then that is hunting him now.
The popular Christ Embassy senior pastor, Chris Oyakhilome said sometimes last year that the real cause of Corona Virus was the 5G network. While addressing his people back then via the loveworld channel , he said Corona Virus is a result of the upgrade in technology and that is is a planned event. The UK authorities finds the words offensive and later impose a fine on the TV channel.
Just now, the popular online doctor, Harvey Olufunmilayo shared how Pastor Chris TV channel is being sanctioned for spreading false news.
He said, “Who remembers last year when Pastor Chris of Christ Embassy on his TV Station said Coronavirus was caused by 5G?
Well today, the UK Authorities has now ordered the TV station to pay £125,000 (85million naira) for spreading all these conspiracy theories.”
According to him, the Christ Embassy TV channels has be fined with a sum of 85 million naira by the United Kingdom authorities.
Although, a lot of people assumed different thing as the cause of the virus but none was tested and proved.
Doctor Olufunmilayo said, there is a lesson to be learnt by all pastor from this story.
Although, a lot of argument has emanated from this news by many social media users, while some people are feeling it is not right to have fined the religious TV channel, others sees it as a good way of curbing false news.
