Apostle Johnson Suleman, founder and senior pastor of Omega Fire Ministries, has in a video uploadedon his church’s official Facebook account a few minutes ago, said that there are many proverbs we grew up to meet that are not correct.
Apostle Suleman said there are many proverbs we grew up to meet that are not correct. People should stop saying that because it is a long-standing statement and that makes it correct. He said not exactly. He clarified that there are many palances that need to be corrected because some of them were spoken out of emotion and some of them were not properly taught through.
He gave example of a common saying that ” a problem shared is a problem solved,” He asked who said so? He said that is not correct to say because the correct word should have been, a problem shared with the right person is a problem partially solved.
Apostle Suleman observed that in our world today, a problem shared is a problem advertised and a problem expounded. He said some people feel pain and want to know your problem. He cautioned that we should stop announcing our problems to those who can not give us solutions.
