The Nigerian Televangelist, Apostle Johnson Suleman who is the General Overseer of the Omega Fire Ministry has revealed a message he claimed to have received from the Lord concerning the music sector of the entertainment industry.
The Apostle who was speaking on how people get into bondage in a video hours ago on Facebook, noted that the proof of your redemption is your desire to follow God. If you must follow God, you must hear the Voice of God because the Voice of God helps you as a compass to follow God and not worldly things.
According to Apostle Johnson Suleman from 17 minutes into the video: “One of the ways people get themselves into bondage is listening to an ungodly music. An ungodly music is a music that doesn’t glorify and magnify His mighty and great works but amplifies the devil.
“The Lord showed me how Satan has moved into the music sector to draw more souls to himself. That is why you will hear songs that you don’t understand the language no matter how hard you try. The Lord showed me that those languages were infused by Satan himself.
“He uses these songs to capture your minds. This is because once a man’s mind has been captured, the soul is gone. So guide yourselves against any music you don’t know the meaning for your soul is precious to God”.
He however, listen a couple of songs that believers should not listen to. According to him, the Lord revealed those songs to him. He therefore admonished believers who want to meet God in the last day to listen to music that glorifies God and not the devil.
