Christians should not aspire to be like Elijah and Moses – Apostle Joshua Selman.

Joshua Selman, the Spiritual Leader and General Overseer of Eternity Network International (ENI), warned Christians from looking up to Elijah and Moses as examples of how they should live their lives.

The pentecostal pastor said this during his sermon, stating that Elijah and Moses were both men of anger.

“Elijah was transformed but Elijah is not the best role model of who the Christian should be, because there were many things about Elijah’s life that Jesus corrected.
“One of them was his anger, when Jesus came and was vetting through Elijah, he was clear.
“The people said this man is our role model and Jesus said no, I have come with a superior template, Mr. Selman said.
Speaking further, he stated:
“Elijah was anointed but that man was angry, Moses was meek but Moses was angry.
“That means the moment you want to become a great leader, among the many things you must deal with is anger.
“You can abort destiny using justifiable anger.”
