“Is D’banj truly born again or was his conversion just a social media stunt?” [OPINION]
Against the news which circulated the social media space weeks ago of Dbanj’s being born again, it’s taking a contrary view.
Need we remind us that couple of weeks ago, News got it that Dbanj rededicated his life to Jesus after an encounter with Jesus at Pastor Jerry Eze’s church.
All indication signals the ‘false’ in this news. Dbanj had his birthday celebration days back and there was indeed no sign of godliness, YET (In capitals).
Asides that, there’s been no sign or indication indicating him being linked back to Christ. The only thing we’ve seen so far is a picture with Pastor Jerry Eze and Moses Bliss. With Moses Bliss giving him a surprise birthday visit at his home.
Yes, much work needs to be put in place to make someone of his worldly caliber wait in God and yes, we can’t wait to have him totally renounce his ways and bear the cross as we’ve seen of Chidinma Ekile.
Absolutely, the Church has won! Halleluyah!
