A lot is known about Archbishop Benson Idahosa but little or nothing is known about his Family Especially his Only Son. Before we meet him, Lets take a brief look into the Account of the Renowned bishop.
Benson Andrew Idahosa is regarded as the Originator of Pentecostalism in Nigeria. This is because he was one of the Founding Fathers of Pentecostal churches in Nigeria. He was 60 years Old at the time of his death.
Bishop Benson was the General Overseer of Church of God Mission worldwide. He is also the brain behind the Prestigious Benson Idahosa University (BIU) located in the southern part of Nigeria precisely Benin City in Edo State.
He is married to Mrs Margaret Idahosa and they have Four Lovely Children Comprising of a Boy and three girls. Bishop Benson Idahosa died on March 12th, 1998.
His Only Son Bishop Faith Emmanuel Benson Idahosa II, who is better known as Bishop FEB took after his father in the Ministry as a Preacher.
After his Primary and Secondary Education, Bishop Faith proceeded to the Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, USA. He holds a B.Sc Degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration. He also Obtained a Masters Degree in Public Health from the same University.
Bishop FEB Idahosa is currently the President of Benson Idahosa University, Big Ben’s Children Hospital, Vice President of Faith Mediplex group of hospitals, Vice President of All Nations for Christ Bible Institute International, Vice President of the Archbishop Idahosa Foundation and Idahosa World Outreach.
Asides being a pastor, he is a Successful businessman and serial entrepreneur. He also doubles as the Chairman of the DFI Nigeria, Pear Systems Development Company, DFI USA, Rejuvenate Media and BIU Property Development Company.
He is an Instructor, Author of Books and Business Growth Expert. In 2002, He got married to his Lovely Wife, Rev. Laurie Whetstone-Idahosa and they are blessed with Four Adorable Children although they lost one. Their Children are Faith Emmanuel Benson Jnr(12) Nathaniel(9) and Judah(7).
