Reno Omokri, the former aide to Goodluck Jonathan has once spoken again. In a recent post on his verified Twitter handle, he wrote that people don’t need to have religious friends. Further speaking, he wrote that what is important is to have faithful friends.
In his exact words, he wrote
‘You don’t need religious friends. You need faithful friends. You need healthcare you can’t pay for and they pray for you. Ask them for money and you hear ‘as God sees my heart, I don’t have’. But they can sow to wealthy pastors even if they have to go into debt!’
Reno is not only a popular human rights activist, but he also engages and educate his followers on how to live a good life.
In his latest update, one could deduce that some friends only pray instead of providing the material needs of their counterparts.
Some prefer giving money to their pastors rather than helping someone who is in need.
