Nigerian lawyer, author and human rights activist, Reno Omokri has taken a bold swipe by cautioning church members not to believe everything their pastor tells them in church and start studying their Bible to get more truth.
According to Omokri in a tweet on his official twitter handle, @renoomokri, he said Pastor Tunde Bakare told his members with his full cheat that his definitely going to be the 16th President of The Federal Republic of Nigeria after President Muhammadu Buhari is done with his term in 2023.
He wrote:
To all those who allow pastors tell them who God says they should marry or not marry: See how what Pastor Tunde @T_Bakare claimed God told him panned out? Some pastors manipulate your belief in them. Stop believing in your pastors. Start believing in ONLY your God!#TableShaker

Most Nigeria Christians believe in their pastors not God. They will tell you that their pastor said, not God said… when they are praying, they will say, God of pastor XYZ. I just look at them and laugh.
I don’t know if this is true or false but I have had an experience before. This random guy i don’t even know walked up to me and analysed my love life in 5mins and left a not of warning that I should be single till i am 25yrs. Else I will meet my doom .
