The popular gospel music minister, Frank Edwards shared a post about praying in the spirit on his social media page.

As usual, his followers will react to the post by dropping their opinions or reacting to the post in a funny way if it’s a comic one. But this time around, minister Frank Edwards as to screenshot his response to a follower among other hundreds of comments because his response was very funny.

The follower by the name Joe igo asks “if the devil understand when we pray in tongues”. Frank Edwards response was very funny that he had to post the guy’s question and his response as a new post on his page.

I don’t agree, the tongue is a language, unknown to the speaker but absolutely translatable my the tribe whose tongue you speak, in the book of acts 2-1-12 the people had the apostle’s speaking in their languages and they were all amazing, infact if there’s no interpreter in the church to interpret the tongue is off no use to the church but only to the speaker.1 Corinthians 14:26 How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying. 14:27 If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret. 14:28 But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God.

What prayer does for me is that it makes me more disciplined during the day… My masculinity becomes stronger… I become bolder… I speak fluently and I remember easily more than before. and a lot of things I’m beginning to discover about myself since I started praying from 12am to 2am for over a month now (I started on December 25th and I’ve skipped just once). I have also added Bible studies from 2am after my prayers to at least 2:30 everyday… I’m planning to be like this throughout this year and I know the result, EXCELLENCE.

Actually,the holy Spirit gives me prayer points par time🙏🏾,am grateful for thatIt has helped me to withstand both present and future challenges,I received GRACE via A prayer point to continue, despite challenges..

Absolutely.Prayer means rest, when we pray in the spirit, we’ve committed everything to God, we’ve come to the end of ourselves for God to take the lead, and we’re at rest, while God works on our behalf.Normally, when we work, God rest.And when we rest, God works.Choose to pray and rest, while God works in ways you can not see. For me, my comprehension is sharper when I say “Holy Spirit,I know you are the unlimited presence of Jesus, please talk to me, explain the word,give me the secrets of the father you hear often and let me do you”Gbam! I start to get Rhema

Praying in the spirit, gives clarity of purpose to the mind and enables one to situate himself spiritually in God’s perfect will. There is also a dynamic power made readily available to shift things in the spiritual realm, which will have an impact on our physical realm by and by.

For me Prayer brings be to the place of total submission and recognition of how merciful and loving our God is that He forgives all of our wrong and help me realize that there was a time during the day that I fall short and needed to realize that as His child, especially for some of us serving lot of people during the day at my office. Prayer also makes me wise to face whatever challenge that will come my way.🙏🙏🙏🙏

By his grace and his mercy I’m be able to pray for midnight from 3am to 3:30, it has become my duty even if I feel weak holy Spirit do wake me up at the exact time

Praying in the spirit is just at as work-out 🏋️‍♀️ is to the physical body. It is a spiritual excercise that strengthens us. As you eat constantly (study the word) you should also work out (pray in the spirit) so that you can keep fit. Studying the word and praying in the spirit should be done like our lives depend on it because actually, it does. There are times when I’m walking on the road, sitting in the taxi or even cooking in the kitchen and my spirit begins to give me signal. I don’t care where I am or what I’m doing that moment, I just open my mouth and begin to Kabaye!My praying in the spirit no get break. It’s where I draw my strenght from. Even inside bathroom I Dey “Kalabosh” 🔥 Nothing can stop me!

I get answers to most questions while I speak in tongues. If I’m so worried about something and I speak in tongues, the next thing I would hear in my spirit is “calm down, it’s been settled” and right there, it will not bother me ever again. Infact I hardly pray in a known language because prayer is easier and I feel more connected in the spirit when I speak in tongues

But I have an High Priest the same Christ Jesus my saviour, King and priest seated at the right hand of Abba Father making intercession for me, the saint and sent night and day. Even when I know not what to pray nor how to pray. But the HOLYGHOST in me groaning what can not be mortally utter nor descerned except the by same Holyghost.
