The well-known Nollywood actor and movie director Ugezu Jideofor Ugezu, who goes by the stage name Ugezu J Ugezu, has responded to a pastor who said that praying, fasting, or using anointed oil won’t help a person get ahead financially.

Ugezu J. Ugezu put a video of this pastor on his Instagram page. The pastor said that you can’t get ahead financially by praying, fasting, or using anointed oil. He said there are only two ways to financially Breakthrough, and the first three things he mentioned are not among them.

The pastor said that to have a financial breakthrough, you must have a product and a service. He told his church members to stop claiming prophesies when they can’t use the process. When they said you’d buy a car, you claimed it. When they said you’d build a house, you said “Amen.” For the past 10 years, you’ve been saying “Amen” to prophesies, but nothing has happened, he said.

After Ugezu J. Ugezu posted the video, he responded by saying that many people who believe in faith-based dogmas and doctrines will still argue with this man.
