The Senior Pastor of Abel Damina Ministry, Dr. Abel Damina via his Facebook handle shared his view on biblical Abraham, and his blessings.
Abraham is known as the ‘Father of Faith’, and ‘Father of All Nations’ according to the Book of Genesis. He was blessed in cattle, houses, servants, etc. But what special thing did Abraham do to achieve these blessings? He had Faith in God.
But pastor Abel Damina believes the Blessing of Abraham was not in Cattle or houses. The blessing was ‘Righteousness without Works’.
“The blessing of Abraham was not Cattle, Houses and money. It was righteousness without works. That’s the blessing there”, pastor Dr. Abel Damina said.
Making reference to the Book of Galatians 3:8, “And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, in tee shall all nations be blessed”, Abraham’s justification was void of works.
Humanity can be justified through faith, according to Galatians 3:9, “So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham”. From Abel to Noah, all of them were justified by faith.
