From Lockdown To Leaping up part 7 (The shortest way to the greatest height)

Acts 3:1-8
Matthew 6:25-33

Talking about leaping up from lockdown, we have discussed how high the Almighty God can lift you, but there is a saying that ‘the One who doesn’t know how his peers prosper, will struggle till he dies’.
Meaning that, if you don’t know the secrets of the prosperity of your colleagues, you will struggle till you die.
For example, 2 Kings 4:1-7 the story of the destitute widow who they wanted to sell her sons to pay debt all of a sudden, she became extremely rich and was enjoying life. I am sure her colleagues will say but we were all poor. We were on the same level but what happened?

The shortest way to the greatest height:

  • Take a little study of Solomon: 2 Chronicles 1:6-15, Solomon offered an offering to God and God asked him what he wanted, he asked for wisdom and understanding and then he gave a reason for wanting wisdom, Proverbs 4:7. When God asked him why he asked for wisdom, he said so l can judge your people rightly. Jesus Christ said to seek first the kingdom of God and every other thing will be added.

Why do you want to prosper? Why do you want to be great? Why do you want to reach the highest possible height? Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and every other thing shall be added unto you.

God didn't tell Satan to tempt Job, this is what he said - Pastor Abel Damina reveals

I told you the story of Holy Ghost Service, God asked me what l wanted for my birthday, and l said for every member of my church to get a miracle. That is why the Holy Ghost Service has been on since 1986 and it is waxing stronger day by day.

God responded to Solomon, He said okay, l will give you wisdom, you will be number one when it comes to wisdom, 1 Kings 1: 30-31. In 1 Kings 4:34, the Bible says all kingdoms came to hear Solomon because there was no other person like him.
God also added wealth to his wisdom. He didn’t ask for wealth, 1 Kings 10:1-7 tells us that when the Queen of Sheba came to visit Solomon, she came intending to surprise him with her wealth, but when she came and saw the prosperity of Solomon, she realized they didn’t tell her the whole truth, that he was not only wise but wealthy.

The Lord said l will not only make you the richest, l will make you uniquely so, 1 Kings 10:23. In addition to that, God said l will give you honor.

What is honor? 1 Kings 4:24-25, the Bible said Solomon had dominion over all the Nations, all the Kings and they had peace.

When the Almighty God says honor me with your first fruit, He was saying everything is mine, but honor me and watch me honor you in return. Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and every other thing shall be added.

  • Take the Lord Jesus Christ as an example: In Matthew 6:9-10, He taught the disciples how to pray. In John 4:31-34, Jesus was sitting by the well, a woman came to get water and He started to speak with her, when the disciples returned, they saw Him talking to this Samaritan woman and they told Him to eat: He said l have food to eat, my meat is to do the will of the One who sent me and to finish His work, He said l am willing to do His will at any cost.
In Mark 14:36, when He prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane, He said to die on the Cross is a serious matter, my Father, can’t we change this thing; then He added not my will, but Yours be done and God responded. When you seek first the Kingdom of God, God responds. According to Philippians 1:9-11, God has highly exalted Him, talking of lifting up. How highly? Ephesians 1: 19-22, Revelation 19:11-16.

You Need The Word Of God More Than Any Pastor, Don’t Be A Slave To Them - Apostle Joshua Selman Reveals

Seek ye first His Kingdom before you begin to talk of business. When we talk about leaping materially, God has no objections; He has pleasure in your prosperity, Psalm 35: 27, 3 John 2, John 10:10.

Why do you want to prosper? 1Timothy 6:6-10. Do you want to prosper according to 2 Corinthians 12:15? Or according to Proverbs 19:4. Proverbs 14:20 says the poor is hated. Do you want to proper to be treasurers according to Luke 8:1-3.
Why do you want to leap spiritually? God wants you to go to greater heights John 14:12. 2 Kings 2:9-15, Elisha asked for a double portion to be able to destroy curses in 2 Kings 2:19-22, he wanted to destroy the yoke of poverty, he wanted to destroy the yoke of barrenness in 2 Kings 4:8-17, he wanted the ability to do great things by helping the people of God. Do you want to help the people of God? 2 Kings 5:1-19.

To whom much is given, much will be required, l asked for a double portion of the anointing of Elisha, Peter, Paul, Jesus Christ and a double portion of all added together, He said son you are asking for trouble but l said l don’t mind.
