7 REASONS WHY FATHERS GET ANGRY WHEN SOME SONS LEAVE THEM:
1. You are a great asset to him and to the system. Nobody wants to lose an asset.
2. He is already emotionally attached to you, it is difficult to release you.
3. Your replacement is not readily available.
4. He feels you are part of his future plans.
5. Your departure may kill the spirit of followership among other staff. Who may want to leave because you left.
6. Sometimes he feels you may do damage to his work with your new work.
7. He never believed you will one day leave him. He is still under the shock of your eventual exit.
