Pastor William F. Kumuyi has advised his congregation not to worry whenever they are misinterpreted or criticized. He said it’s not possible to go through life without expecting criticism, misinterpretatio or hatred from the society.
The founder and General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry otherwise known as Deeper Life Bible Church gave this advice on Saturday morning when he preached during the National Youths Success Camp 2021 at the church headquarters.
He encouraged his congregation to be steadfast and upright in whatever they do in life but should not rule out misinterpretation and criticism from people.
According to BelieveAll, Pastor Kumuyi said, “it is wrong to dwell on the negative things people said about you.”
Preaching on the message titled: “Achievers’ Alphabet For Aspirants”, the Clergyman said “if you go through life without been hated, no one will remember you.”
He added that, “Nobody has gone through life without been hated, criticized or misinterpreted. Don’t dwell on the negative things people said about you. Learn to eliminate negativity from your life and forge ahead.”
He also warned his congregation not to engage in anything that will destroy their future and reputation.
The theme for this years’ Youth Success Camp is ‘Breaking Limit.’
