The structure is the 2nd biggest Worship Estate in Africa. It cost millions of dollars to build the estate by Bishop David Oyedepo.

Remember the popular Canaan city was erected on 8,000 hectares and plans are underway to link the estate to it through an underground train.

This estate is being constructed on a 5,000 acre expanse of land which also accommodates the popular Covenant University (560acres), Farm(400 acres), Faith Tabernacle(70acres) Christian Union secondary school, Faith Academy, Dominion Pub House and other structures.

When the construction of Faith Tabernacle was constructed, it won the Guiness record for biggest auditorium in the world. It’s is a world class edifice. In November 2016, about 1 billion naira was used to procure Samsung Air condition into the whole Auditorium.

One amazing thing about the construction of these great architecture is that it was built by Nigerian indigenous companies and no single foreign contractor laid hand on anything. Same thing with Canaan land.

Also is a Hospital taking care of staffs of Covenant, Church staff and community member. It is about a minute drive from all the 12 student halls.

Also is a 15MW power station servicing about 20,000 resident living there. It is estimated to have cost $5M and constructed to respond to excessive running.

Among other structures are University Senate, housing, education commission of the church, CU senate at 4th floor. Other buildings include, Interdisciplinary research center, with 21 research, Network Operating Center, Start up lab and so on.
