7 Most Powerful Bible Verses for a Financial Breakthrough

The most important thing to remember before praying for a financial miracle or breakthrough is that God cares more about our relationship with Him — our heart, soul, character; moral compass; Christ-like virtues, etc — than how much money we have in the bank. Many times when God speaks of “prosperity” for His children, He is speaking of strong faith, happy life, good health, strong prayer, blessing of loved ones. Notice how ‘prosperity’ sometimes has nothing to do with money, especially if that money were to harm or block a deepening relationship with God. 1.) God must remain FIRST

2.) We must first be trustworthy with the gifts God has already given us

“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much. So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches?” –Lk 16:10-11

3.) We are called to be good stewards with what He is about to give us by giving to the poor (Prov. 22:9) and tithing to His Church

“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house. ‘Test Me in this,’ says the Lord Almighty, ‘and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of Heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it’” –Mal. 3:10.
