Response from Faith Oyedepo to a testimonial from a couple who, after two years of trying to get pregnant, gave birth to a boy.

Following the reading of a testimonial during today’s Covenant Hour of Prayer gathering, Faith Oyedepo responded. A couple gave a testimonial about how they finally had the child they had been praying for for two years.

The husband claims that although the couple wed in 2014, they were childless for two years. The husband had an extremely low sperm count, which was revealed when they went to the doctor to get it checked.

He heard the word of God from Bishop David Oyedepo while the couple was attending the special class for those who are praying for the fruit of the womb during Shiloh 2016. Bishop Oyedepo told him that the same spirit that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in him, and that same spirit has the power to quicken his mortal body.

According to him, his wife became pregnant for the first time the month they decided to open up their home for the Winners Satellite Fellowship following Shiloh.

He continued to think the pregnancy was safe, even though she started seeing blood two months into the pregnancy. She carried the pregnancy to term and gave birth to a healthy baby boy, much to the joy of God.

Faith Oyedepo advised the audience in response to the testimony to imitate the brother’s behavior and to trust in the inspired writings of God. This year in Shiloh, she declared that whatever people believe God for will be turned to them as a testimony.
