To be a Special Assistant to the General Overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God, is not an easy thing. It is an enormous task. First, you must have found a special place in his heart and two you must have been deeply rooted in the word of God and doctrines of Christianity as a whole. Tested and trusted, they have become a force to reckon with in Redeemed Church as a whole. They have travelled far and wide with Pastor Adeboye and they make some key decisions in running the affairs of portfolios. Not too long ago, many of them emerged pastor Adeboye’s Special Assistant (SATGO) holding different portfolio in Nigeria and across the world. Below is the intimidating profile of these special assistants whose journey with Pastor Adeboye has spanned over 30 years.
PASTOR JOSEPH OLAADE
He is the Special Assistant to General Overseer, Pastor in Charge Asia Region 2. He was the Second Regional Pastor and 4th Pastor-in-charge of Northern Province.
PASTOR JAMES FADEL
He is the Special Assistant to the general Overseer (SATGO), North America. He is also the Chairman board of regional pastors of RCCG North America .
Pastor James Fadel started the first North American Redeemed Christian Church of God Parish (Winners’ Chapel) in Detroit, Michigan in 1992. He retired from the top US automaker-Ford Motors as a Senior Design Engineer and also as a business owner to concentrate on developing the RCCGNA.Born on April 5th, 1958 into a devout Catholic family, Pastor Fadel, as he is fondly called, tells of how he carried his father’s Bible on his head as they went to church every Sunday. Pastor Fadel started his high school education at Warri, Delta State, Nigeria and later transferred to the Technical Institute, Abeokuta, Nigeria where he graduated with honors. He also completed his London City & Guilds Full Technical Certificate examinations with honors, qualifying him for a teaching career. For two years, he faithfully engaged himself in a career as a mathematics teacher in Oshogbo, Osun State, Nigeria.He relocated to the United States in 1982 on a Western State study scholarship. Pastor Fadel received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and applied mathematics from the Western Michigan University in 1986 and also achieved a successful professional career with the Ford Motor Company as a Mechanical Engineer. Rising to the position of Senior Design Engineer with key achievements in lead positions, he later obtained an MSc degree in operations research from Wayne State University in 1990 followed by an MBA degree from the Lawrence Technological University, Michigan in 1993. He continued with subsequent entrepreneurial achievements in metropolitan Detroit. Having committed his life to the Lord in 1973, Pastor Fadel joined The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in Nigeria in 1975 and continued to serve the Lord in the US with a passion that culminated in a call to ministry. He also attended the Bible College of Birmingham in order to prepare himself for what he knew was God’s purpose for his life. Mentored by the General Overseer of RCCG, Pastor E. A. Adeboye, Pastor Fadel pioneered a home fellowship in his basement in 1991. By 1992 this developed into the first parish of RCCG in North America – Winner’s Chapel, Detroit. In 2001, Pastor Fadel was appointed the Chairman, Board of Coordinators of RCCGNA. This event subsequently led to a relinquishing of all his active business endeavours and relocation of his entire family to the Dallas, TX area in 2006, where he entered into full-time ministry service from the head office of RCCGNA. Under his leadership to date, RCCGNA has grown to over 600 parishes in 55 zones. Each year thousands attend the annual RCCGNA conference at the over 700-acre campground in Floyd, Texas. He is happily married to Pastor Manita, a medical doctor specializing in the area of pediatric medicine, and they are blessed with three children.
PASTOR TOSIN MACAULAY
Pastor Margaret Oluwatosin is the Special Assistant to The General Overseer, North –Africa. She is currently the Regional Pastor for the North Africa Region of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, with Regional Headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Prior to her transfer in 2010, she was the Regional Coordinator for Southern Africa Region 2, with Headquarters in Johannesburg, South Africa. Pastor Macauley was trained as a Geologist and had worked as Lecturer, Consultant and field Geologist for 19 years before God called her into Full-Time Ministry, in 1994. She is a Missionary and to this end, God has helped her and her team to plant churches all over Southern Africa, some of the Indian Ocean Island, as well as in Europe, North America, and Australia. Today, she has oversight of 12 Countries comprising all of Mediterranean North Africa, as well as the Horn of Africa. She is also an author, having fully published 4 volumes, among which is POSSESSING THE LAND. This is fast becoming a Missionary text. She is on the International Faculty of the HAGGAI Institute, with Headquarters in the USA. This is an Institute for advancing the skills of Leaders for Evangelism. Pastor Macauley is a Conference Speaker at many Conventions.
PASTOR JAMES DAGUNDURO
Pastor James Dagunduro is the special assistant to general overseer, West Coast,( I II & III). The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Region 13 was created in September 2010 with Pastor James Dagunduro as the pioneering Pastor in-Charge. The Region consisted of Edo and Delta States and comprised of three Provinces in Edo State and four Provinces in Delta State as at then.
PASTOR CHARLES ADEGOKE
Pastor Charles Adegoke is the special assistant to general overseer,Middle East Region with countries: Afghanistan, Bahrain, Isreal, Kuwait, Lebanon, Pakistan, Qatar, Turkey, UAE.The headquarters is Dubai UAE. He is also one of the beloved sons of pastor Adeboye.
PASTOR DELE OLOWU
Pastor Dele Olowu is presently the Special Assistant to the General Overseer (SATGO), Europe Mainland Affairs. He has taught and researched on public policy issues (the areas in which he has a doctorate) in several countries in Africa, Canada, America and Europe. He has pastored churches in Nigeria, Ethiopia, Tunisia and the Netherlands. He lives in Dordrecht with his wife. They together have three children.. As part of his portfolio, he directly oversees the countries in Region 1 in Europe Mainland Mission of RCCG. Dele Oluwu, after working in academia and then in development with the UN and African Development Bank, came to the Netherlands in 1995 to work at the Institute of Social Studies at the Hague. While working there he noted a surprising deficit of active churches in the region, and he began planting parishes with other like-minded individuals in the Netherlands. To date Olowu has founded 130 churches in Europe. He taught public policy at the University of Ife as a professor and at that time, he came to know of the work of a Pentecostal Church, the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG).
PASTOR IDOWU ILUYOMADE
When the Provincial Pastor of Lagos Province 4, Pastor Idowu Iluyomade (fondly called Pastor ID) assumed the leadership of the Apapa Family and took over as Pastor of the church, ably supported by his wife, Pastor (Mrs) Siju Iluyomade. God gave Pastor ID a vision of exceeding greatness and the church has been growing in leaps and bounds with signs and wonders.This could be testify to his appointment as one of the closest pastors to Pastor Adeboye. He is the Special assistant on corporate Social responsibility.
The church now has two services, the Sunrise and Sunshine Services, and under Pastor ID’s leadership, the numerical growth of the church has increased from 1,800 in September 2007 to 4,300 in August 2010.
Pastor Idowu Iluyomade graduated in 1981 from the faculty of law at the University if Ife with LLB Hons. degree. He presently combines his legal practice together with his ministerial responsibilities as the Pastor in Charge of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (City of David). He is also the Provincial Pastor of Lagos Province 4.
PASTOR KALEJAIYE
Pastor Johnson Oluwatomisin (Tomisin) Kalejaiye, a Regional Evangelist of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG,. By his Anointing Service programme, God has used him to liberate thousands from the oppression of the devil. The Ilaje-born fisherman- turned-accountant is a Fellow of two professional bodies. He pastors the RCCG provincial parish at Idimu. He gave his life to Christ in 1983. the Regional Evangelist, Pastor Johnson T. Kalejaiye is the Special Assistant to the G.O. (SATGO) for Evangelism.

PASTOR OKEY MOFUNAYA
He is the provincial pastor, RCCG Christ the Lord Cathedral, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. He is the head of Security & PICP of Lagos Province 20, Pastor Okey Mofunanya is now Special Assistant to General Overseer in charge of Security.
PASTOR BROWN OGHENE OYITO
He is the Chairman of Mission Board and PICP Lagos a Province 23, Pastor Brown Oyitso is now Special Assistant to General Overseer in charge of Missions. His educational career began at the Catholic school three in Warri where he grew up. On completion of his secondary education at the popular, Urhobo College also in Warri, he proceeded to England where he completed his A-Levels and also bagged a degree in Economics from the Greenwich University. He capped his education with an MBA from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Until salvation came his way in the late 80s, his dotting wife was the one who showed him the way to salvation.
PASTOR EMMANUEL IBITAYO
Pastor Emmanuel Ibitayo is a full-time minister and astute teacher with the Redeemed Christian Church of God. He holds B.A. Theology and Diploma in Theology from the Redeemed Christian Bible College. He is happily married to Pastor (Mrs) Hannah Ibitayo and their union is blessed with wonderful children. Also, he holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. Currently, he is a Special Assistant to the General Overseer Of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Pst. E.A. Adeboye on Southern Africa affairs also He is the Pastor in Charge of South African Region II.
PASTOR PETER AKALAMUDO
Pastor Peter Akalamudo is the Area/Zonal Pastor, RCCG Area 10 (Resurrection Parish), Lekki Regional Pastor RCCG Region 15. He is currently the Special Assistant to the general overseer, SATGO on Central Africa Region, Cameroon.
PASTOR BONIFACE OKENWA
Pastor Boniface Okenwa. He is the special assistant to General Overseer, SATGO, Middle East Region, U.A.E.He is a Pastor- in- charge of Region. He attended the University Of Nigeria, Nsukka and graduated with a Bachelor Of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technology.
Dr. David Sola Oludoyi is a Medical Doctor by profession. He is the Senior Pastor of RCCG Royal Connections. He is an anointed preacher and teacher of the word. Pastor David Sola Oludoyi is a qualified medical doctor, who is now in full time ministry. He is a Special Assistant to the General Overseer (SATGO), and the Regional Pastor in charge of RCCG Europe Mainland Region 3, overseeing 19 Nations, and the Senior Pastor of Royal Connections, London, UK.
His deep passion for church growth has led him to plant over 30 churches in the United Kingdom and Europe.PDSO, as fondly called by many, is an ardent worshipper and a ‘prayer-smith’ and the host of the monthly Interdenominational Prayer programme ‘Help Is Here’. Pastor David Sola Oludoyi is also an author of many books. He is happily married to Pastor (Dr) Grace and they are blessed with 3 children.Pastor David Sola Oludoyi is the Pastor in Charge of Region, Europe Mainland Region 3.
PASTOR ADELEKE SANUSI
Pastor Adeleke Sanusi, a Barrister and Solicitor, successful practised law for over a decade before answering the call into Pastoral Ministry in 1997. He pastors The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Victory House in London, UK., which has birthed over twenty other churches under his pastorate. Pastor Leke currently oversees 18 Nations under RCCG Europe Mainland Region 2 with headquarters in Madrid, Spain. He serves on the Directorates and Boards of many organisations. He is a Trustee and Board member of the RCCG, United Kingdom; the National Director of the School of Disciples, RCCG, U.K.; and the President of Oraword Publishers Ltd. A prolific writer, he has authored many books. He is married to his beloved wife, Bola and they are blessed with two great sons: Tobi and Tomisin.
PASTOR PRINCE OBASI IKE
He is the special assistant to general assistant to general overseer on missions. He attended Aggrey Memorial College, Federal Polytech. Bida, and IMT Enugu, then proceed to Africa International University Nairobi.He was a regional pastor in Nairobi, Kenya for many years..He worked with Lagos State Ministry of Finance, Internal Revenue as Tax Auditor Lagos State Ministry of Finance, Internal Revenue. He had his Masters Degree in Finance and Banking and also did Pastoral Studies.
Pastor Ibukun Williams the special assistant to general assistant to general overseer on missions, SATGO on Missions. Pastor Ibukun is an Australian of Nigerian decent, formerly a qualified Civil/Structural Engineer but now a full time missionary with an apostolic calling. His Passion is to see the Gospel of the Kingdom preached in Australia and every nation of the OCEANIA region, Pastor IB is the senior pastor in charge of the RCCG Jesus House Melbourne. He was a member of the first class team that built the first International House in the Redemption Camp to first couple in the Apapa Family of RCCG, inaugurating the first RCCG parish in the continent of Australia, becoming the first full time pastor in the continent, upper in Engineering from a UK University and first in many other ways to the glory of God.He is happily married and blessed with children.

Pastor Belemina Obunge is the Pastor In-Charge of Region 5 & The Special Assistant to the General Overseer on Special Duties. He is the National Youth Pastor of Redeemed Christian Church of God. Member, Advisory Board at Pentecostal Fellowship Of Nigeria, Rivers State. He was Pastor in Charge of Region for 9 years and Pastor in Charge of Province for 15 years.He is also a Member, Advisory Board,RCCG for 9 years.He is the CEO of Emarid College, PH.CEO/School Proprietor. He was Secretary General, Pentecostal Fellowship Of Nigeria, Rivers State. He had a Hon. Doctorate Christain Leadership at International Victory Bible Institute. He had Diploma at Redeemed Bible College. He also had a Certficate in Sustainable Business Strategy at Harvard Business School. He attended University of Roehampton where he got Master of Arts – MA in Educational Leadership and Administration, General. He was RCCG Assistant National Chief Of Protocol, Central Missions Board (RCCG), Director of EMARID Ventures and Chief Executive of Belem Legacy Foundation.
RCCG, House of His Glory is a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Lagos Province 15 under the leadership of Pastor Adeola Mensah as Pastor in Charge of the Province. The church is one of the parishes in the Apapa Family of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
House of His Glory currently serves as the Area parish of Area 008 of Lagos Province 15 with headquarters in Surulere with other parishes in the Area being situated in Ilupeju and Mushin, Lagos. Pastor Deola is the Special Assistant to the General Overseer, SATMGO on Hospitality And Children Management.

PASTOR JANET ADEDIPE
Pastor (Mrs) Janet Adedipe is the Special Assistant to Pastor (Mrs) Foluke Adeboye. She is the senior Pastor of RCCG Redemption Parish, Leyton. Pastor Janet Adedipe (one of the four people that started a Redeemed fellowship in UK with our father in the Lord) is the Senior Pastor in charge of the parish. Redemption Parish is the Headquarters for the North East
Pastor (Mrs) Janet Adedipe sits on the board of trustees of various charities, thus bringing her experience and expertise to the Board of the RCCG. Apart from being on the management team of a number of organisations, Pastor Janet is the senior pastor of RCCG Redemption Parish, Leyton. Her background was in accountancy, following which she studied for a BSc in IT and Human Resources Management. Pastor Janet later took a PgD in Theology. She accepted the call to proclaim the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ in 1999 when she became a full-time pastor in the RCCG. A prolific writer and a speaker at conferences and seminars all over the world, Pastor Janet is married and has two sons – John and Gabriel.
